A wooden ghani turns at around 20rpm, which is slow enough that the seed never heats. It is also slow enough to be an expensive way to make oil, which is the whole reason the method mostly disappeared.
Strong, nutty and unmistakable. If you want a neutral oil this is the wrong bottle.
